Know before you buy

12V Fuel Transfer Pumps & Shop Power

Move diesel and fuel from the drum to the tractor without a funnel, a spill or a strained back.

Will a 12V pump run off a tractor battery?

Yes - most clip straight to a 12V battery with the supplied leads.

Are these safe for gasoline?

Only use a pump the listing rates for gasoline; diesel-only pumps must not be used with it.

Buying guide

How to choose an electric fence setup

An electric fence is only as good as its energizer and grounding. Size the charger to the length of fence and the animal you're holding - goats and sheep need a stronger pulse than horses or cattle.

Solar energizers remove the need for power at the paddock. Pair the fence with self-latching gate hardware and a reliable water setup so the whole paddock runs without daily fixes.

Size by joules, not miles

Box miles are optimistic. Look at output joules and pick one step above what you think you need.

Ground it properly

Most fence problems are poor grounding. Use at least three ground rods, 10 ft apart.

Test weekly

A fence tester shows voltage along the line so you find shorts before the animals do.

Common questions

What voltage do I need for goats?

Aim for at least 4,000-6,000 volts on the line for goats and sheep.

Will a solar charger work in winter?

Yes, if the panel faces south and the battery is sized for several cloudy days.

Is fencing equipment under warranty?

Every energizer and accessory has a 12-month warranty and 30-day returns.
