Delivery times, costs and order tracking.
Processing and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and the estimated delivery window is shown at checkout before you pay. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days; remote and rural addresses can take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order to any US address - no minimum spend and no hidden handling fees. All prices are in US dollars.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email a tracking number. You can also follow the order any time from the Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Rural and farm addresses
We deliver to rural routes and farm addresses. Please include gate codes, a barn or shop location, or a phone number in the address notes so the carrier can find you. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for larger items.
