Coverage
Every product is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects - coop doors, fence energizers, pumps, feeders, tools and tack alike.
Not covered
Normal wear, damage caused by animals, misuse or use outside the instructions, and wear parts such as blades, filters and batteries after 6 months.
Making a claim
Your order confirmation is proof of purchase. Send us the order number and a short description, and we arrange collection or replacement at no cost during the first year.
